Welcome to Lakeshore Doodles, where we are dedicated to raising happy and healthy Goldendoodle puppies for sale on our beautiful 19-acre farm on the shores of Lake Ontario in Western New York.
As a small family Goldendoodle Breeder, Lakeshore Doodles takes great pride in giving our puppies the love and attention they need to thrive.
Our farm is the perfect setting for our puppies to grow and explore, with plenty of room to run and play. We believe that the love and care that we give our puppies is reflected in their happy and loving personalities.

DNA Health
Genetic DNA Testing
We are currently using Embark and Paw Print Genetics to DNA test our dogs for specific diseases. Each breed has it’s own set of common genetic issues – and many others that are either not breed specific or less common.
We are currently working on doing different genetic studies on each dog in our breeding program. Some of our dogs are clear on OVER 150 DIFFERENT GENETIC TESTS!
Any dog that is not clear will either be bred to a dog that will not pass that genetic disease down to the puppies or they will be eliminated from our program completely if the puppies would inherit the genetic issue.

How much does a Lakeshore Doodle cost?
The cost of a Lakeshore Doodle range between $3,000 - $4,000. Additionally our customers pay 8% NY sales tax.
Where is Lakeshore Doodles Located
We are located in Western NY between Buffalo and Rochester near the shores of Lake Ontario.
What's difference between an F1, F1b, or Multigen goldendoodle
F1 means, "first generation." So, an F1 Goldendoodle is 50% Poodle 50% Golden Retriever. An F1b is an F1 Goldendoodle that's been bred with a full-blood poodle. F1b's are 25% Golden Retriever and 75% Poodle. F1b's typically don't shed and are good for people with allergies. A Multigen Goldendoodle is a dog who's parents are both Goldendoodles. In our breeding program there is no meaningful temperament difference between these goldendoodle types. If you put an 8 week old puppy from each breed mix together-- you would not be able to tell the difference.
What does genetic testing mean?
We run a genetic screen, using Embark Testing, on each of our parents to see what the health traits and physical traits are. Based on these results we pair parents that will produce the most healthy and physically appealing puppies possible. When we look to add dogs to our breeding program, not only are we looking for strong health and color traits, we pick primarily based on temperament so as to produce the most well-rounded puppies possible.
Do Goldendoodle Shed?
There is no real such thing as a dog that doesn't shed at all. However, F1bs and Multigens are as close to non-shedding as possible, and typically do not trigger allergies.
